Day 3: Arrive Sydney
On arrival in Sydney you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of your day is at leisure. Nature blessed Sydney with one of most idyllic settings in the world which is reflected in its large eye-appealing harbour and excellent beaches. This cosmopolitan city is not only scenically beautiful but, like most major cities, has an abundance of culture, history and venues to keep any visitor occupied for several days.
Day 4 - 6: Sydney using iVenture Card – Sydney Rocks Walking Tour, Sydney Harbour Cruise and entry to Taronga Zoo

A historic Sydney Walking Tour brings alive the story of the early convict settlement. Let your guide show you some of Sydney's earliest buildings, shops, old and new, homes of the "well-to-do" and the quaint cottages of the working class. Still to be seen are the pubs and hotels, once frequented by the locals and sailors alike, The many historic streets, narrow alleyways, cobbled lanes, sandstone steps, and beautiful churches combine to weave a rich tapestry of life in the past and present times. A 1 1/2 hour hop on hop off cruise every 45 minutes from Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. The cruise takes in all the sights of Sydney Harbour including Taronga Zoo, Watsons Bay, The Rocks and Darling Harbour. Stop off at any attraction and re-board the next Explorer throughout the day with your all day ticket. Your pass includes a cruise to Taronga Zoo from Darling Harbour or Circular Quay, entry to Taronga Zoo, and Sky Safari cable car. Explore Sydney and Bondi Beach on a hop-on hop-off sightseeing tour, which takes you by double-decker bus to 34 stops around the city including Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour, Bondi Beach and more. Day 7: Depart Sydney for Ayers Rock & Uluru
You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Ayers Rock, Ayers rock is a sandstone rock formation and UNESCO World Heritage site situated 450 kilometres/280 miles south west of Alice Springs. It is 348 metres/1140 feet high but the bulk of the rock is actually underneath the ground. To give an idea of its size, the distance around the circumference is 9.4 kilometres/5.8 miles.
It is a very significant site for the local aboriginals. It belongs to the Anunga who have managed this for tens of thousands of years. The aboriginal name is Uluru which means Island Mountain. The rock changes colour at different times of the day and year. It glows particularly red at dawn and sunset.
Travel around the base of Uluru in the comfort of your coach as your Driver Guide provides commentary about the numerous sacred sites and features to be found at Uluru. Continue to the Kuniya Walk where your Driver Guide will escort you to the beautiful Mutitjulu Waterhole. View Aboriginal rock paintings and learn about the area as your Driver Guide points out some native flora and explains the Aboriginal and European history of Uluru. Later visit the Uluru - Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, where you can learn about Aboriginal culture and see Aboriginal arts and crafts. In the late afternoon we travel to the Uluru sunset viewing area. Witness the striking colour changes of Uluru at sunset while enjoying nibbles and a complimentary glass of wine

Day 8: Uluru Sunrise and Kata Tjuta
Rise early this morning to travel to Talinguru Nyakunytjaku in Uluru & Kata Tjuta National Park. Watch the first rays of the sun set the Red Centre alight while enjoying a warming cup of tea or coffee. Then travel to the mystical 36 domes of Kata Tjuta. On the way enjoy panoramic views of the southern side of Kata Tjuta before arriving at the base of Walpa Gorge. Spend some time exploring the gorge and the unusual conglomerate rock formations. The walking trail through Walpa Gorge follows the natural creek between two of the tallest domes of Kata Tjuta. The remainder of the day is free – consider adding additional touring, perhaps visit the Field of Light, a fabulous outdoor lighting exhibit or join the famous Sounds of Silence Dinner.
Day 9: Depart Ayers Rock for Cairns
Today you depart Ayers Rock for the Tropical North Queensland city of Cairns. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel and the remainder of the day is at leisure. Cairns is a small city in the tropical north of Queensland and is best known as the Gateway to Great Barrier Reef, one of Australia’s most popular destinations. From Cairns, there is easy access to rainforests, tropical islands, reefs and mountains. Not far away, you can enjoy world-class diving or snorkeling getting close to schools of tropical fish and abundant marine life. In the city itself, go for a stroll along the Promenade and discover the very large saltwater lagoon in the centre of the city. Explore the picturesque coastal drive towards Port Douglas and board a catamaran to the Great Barrier Reef.

Day 10: Great Barrier Reef Cruise
A full day cruise to Michaelmas Cay for snorkelling, diving and sailing on Australia's magnificent Great Barrier Reef. Set sail aboard Ocean Spirit's five star catamaran and enjoy a reef experience like no other. Your tour includes: four full hours on the reef, morning refreshments, superb hot and cold buffet with seafood, afternoon tea, snorkelling demonstrations and tuition plus use of all snorkelling equipment, use of flotation vests, informative ecological presentations by a qualified marine biologists, coral viewing on a glass bottom boat, guided bird tours, musical entertainment on the homeward sail to Cairns and a high crew to guest ratio (1:9).
Day 11-12: Cairns at Leisure
